Typical Properties

Product Construction

A premium sleeving where good flexibility, space economy and resistance to temperature extremes are of prime concern. Silicone elastomer coating is unaffected by temperature to +200°C

Self-extinguishing; unaffected by water; good resistance to oil and most chemicals. Conforms to NEMA VS-1, ASTM D-372.

MIL-I-3190/6. Offered in NEMA Grades A,B and C

Applications

Insulation of leads and connections in:

  • Coils

  • Solenoids

  • Transformers

  • Relays and other equipment operating at Class 200 & higher

  • Ideal for equipment likely to encounter sub-zero operating conditions
