Application

Clear, flexible, tubing recommended for dialysis, drainage, irrigation, artificial kidneys and similar applications. Tested for cytotoxicity (MEM Elution Method), Tygon Biocompatible Tubing is an excellent choice for certain cell culture applications. Tubing has flex life greater than that rubber. Dense, smooth bore provides outstanding flow characteristics. Can be autoclaved or sterilized with steam, radiation or chemicals. Tubing ends are heat sealed to prevent contamination in shipment. Complies with Federal Specifications L-T-790 A, Type I for medical applications. Durometer hardness: Shore A, 64.
