Superior resistance to a broad range of chemicals including strong acids, bleach and glycols. It resists taking a permanent set and maintains good low-temperature characteristics (low temperature brittleness -5°F [-20°C] ).

Application

Abrasionresistant Tygon R-3400 is used in such applications as the transport of semi-paste adhesives, liquid fertilizers and pesticides, as well as general production and maintenance. Maximum recommended operating temperature is 165°F (174°C). Durometer hardness: Shore A, 64.
