A high corrosion resistant white and natural polypropylene material which exhibits excellent tensile strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures. Homopolymer polypropylene possesses excellent resistance to organic solvents and degreasing agents as well as electrolytic attack.

• Resists most acids, alkalis and solvents
• Meets FDA 21 CFR Section 177.1520 (including white)
• Is appropriate for applications to 180°F (82°C)

PROPYLUX ® VOID FREE
Made from Polypropylene Resin PROPYLUX is a copolymer polypropylene product available in sheet. PROPYLUX exhibits higher tensile strength than HDPE as well as the highest temperature capabilities of all the other polyolefins. The product exhibits outstanding chemical resistance and is easily machined and welded.

Proteus Flame Retardant 18G
The proteus family offers expanded design options with bright white, premium gloss material that has both a UL94 flammability rating of V-0 and 5VA. You can control flammability issues while retaining Proteus aesthetics and high performance.

FR-CP5 and FR-CP6 (UL94 - 5VA)
Flametec is a proprietary designation for three generic flame retardant polypropylene formulations. FR-CP5 is a flame retardant polypropylene sheet whose flame retardant characteristics meet or exceed the most rigorous UL94 VO testing standards. FR-CP6 is a flame retardant polypropylene sheet whose flame retardant characteristics meet or exceed UL 94 VO-5A. The sheet does not exhibit dripping or burn through in real fire situations.
