ABSYLUX® CN-F (Conductive Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)
Non-sloughing, carbon filled material • High strength and stiffness • Easily machined.

ABSYLUX® CN-P (Conductive Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene)
Carbon-powder-filled conductive material • High strength and stiffness • Relatively high impact strength • Easily machined and fabricated into close tolerance finished parts

LENNITE® CN-P (Conductive Ultra-High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)
Carbon-powder-filled self lubricating, conductive material • Excellent abrasion-resistance • High impact strength • Lightweight and easily machined • Good chemical and stress-crack resist ance, and good wear-resistance

PES® CN-F (Conductive Polyethersulfone)
Non-sloughing carbon-filled material • High mechanical strength • Thermal stability to 408°F • Easily machined to tight tolerances • Good overall mechanical properties

POMALUX® CN-F (Conductive Acetal Copolymer)
Non-sloughing carbon-filled material • Extremely strong and stiff • Excellent dimensional stability • Abrasion resistant • Highly chemical-resistant • Temperature resistance to 320°F

POMALUX® CN-SS (Conductive Acetal Copolymer)
Stainless-steel-fiber-filled, non-sloughing, dimensionally stable material HDT@ 264 psi of 225°F •Relatively high chemical resistance • Extremely strong and stiff • Easily machined with carbide-tipped tooling to tight tolerances. • An excellent choice for situations where carbon-based conductive fillers are not acceptable.

PROPYLUX® CN-F(Conductive Polypropylene)
Non-sloughing, carbon fiber filled material • Good chemical resistance High strength and stiffness • Good temperature resistance to 215°F • Light weight Easily machined and fabricated • Good overall mechanical properties

PROPYLUX CN-P
(Conductive Polypropylene)
Carbon-powder-filled lightweight material • Good chemical resistance • Extremely low water absorption level • High impact resistance (no break, notched or unnotched) • Rated UL94 V-O

PVDF® CN-F (Conductive KYNAR® Polyvinylidene Fluoride)
Non-sloughing,carbon fiber-filled material • Resistance to most chemicals and solvents • Mechanically strong and tough • Thermally stable to 335° F • Flame and abrasion resistant • Easily fabricated into finished parts

PVDF® CN-P (Conductive KYNARí Polyvinylidene Fluoride)
Carbon-powder-filled thermally stable, conductive material with consistent resistivities <105 • Extremely tough • Good flame and abrasion-resistance • Resistant to many chemistries and solvents, including strong acids • Due to the carbon powder fill, this material is also available in film as thin as .002"

TEMPALUX® CN-F (Conductive polyetherimide)
Non-sloughing carbon-fiber-filled material • Extremely strong and stiff • Excellent dimensional stability • High temperature resistance to 415°F • Broad chemical resistance • Excellent fabrication finishing characteristics UL94 V-O rated

ZELUX® CN-P & CN-SS (Conductive Polycarbonate)
The CN-P material is carbon-powder-filled, while the CN-SS is filled with small non-sloughing stainless steel fibers. Both have high flexural strength and good thermal stability to 225°F. The CN-SS material has excellent impact strength, while the CN-P is UL V-O rated at .030" and is thermoformable in thinner gauges (.010"-.060"). • UL rating VTM-0 at .008"

NORYL® SD (Static-dissipative Polyphenylene Oxide)
Non-sloughing, carbon filled material • Resistivity levels in the 107 -108 range • Good tensile and flexural strength • Lightweight • Excellent abrasion resistance • Good chemical and stress-crack resistance

POMALUX® SD-A (Static-dissipative Acetal Copolymer)
Non-carbon filled, permanently static-dissipative material • The filler is non-migratory and non-humidity dependent • Enhanced lubricity • POMALUX SD-A provides superior wear • Resistance and ease of machining • Extremely low outgassing values • Chemically resistant • Dimensionally stable

Non-sloughing characteristics make it ideal for applications where particulate generation cannot be tolerated.

ZELUX® SD-P (Static-dissipative Polycarbonate)
Carbon-powder-filled material • Resistivity levels in the 107 -1011 range • High flexural strength • Good thermal stability to 270°F UL94 V-0 rated at .030" • Thermoformable in .010" -.060" gauges • Low outgassing properties

PROPYLUX® SD-A (Static-dissipative Polypropylene)
Non-sloughing carbon-fiber-filled material • Resistance to most chemicals and solvents • Mechanically strong and tough • Thermally stable to 325°F • Flame and abrasion resistant • Easily fabricated into finished parts

HYDEL® PEI7
Static Dissipative Polyetherimide utilizes a proprietary filler technology which renders this material electrically conductive. This technology allows for good dimensional stability after machining (unlike conventional carbon fibers).
