FLEXIBLE FLUOROPOLYMER-TUBING

FOR THE SEMICONDUCTOR MARKET
CHEMFLUOR® PVDF

Chemfluor® PVDF tubing is made from virgin polyvinylidene fluoride resin. It is a fluoropolymer that is distinguished from other Chemfluor® tubings by its excellent mechanical. This tubing provides unequaled toughness and abrasion resistance while maintaining the characteristic stability of Chemfluor® tubing when exposed to harsh chemical and thermal environments.

  • High tensile strength
  • High abrasion resistance
  • High heat deflection temperature
  • Very low extractables with deionized water and acids

Applications: Semiconductor

  • Wet Benches
  • Chemical Delivery
  • DI Water handling
  • Piping Applications

CHEMFLUOR® ECTFE
Chemfluor ECTFE withstands radiation exposure and has better barrier properties than other fluoropolymers. Made from Halar® or equivalent resin.

  • High tensile strength
  • Excellent cut-through and abrasion resistance

Applications: Semiconductor

Made from Tefzel® or equivalent resin

  • Wet Benches

CHEMFLUOR® ETFE
Made from Tefzel® or equivalent resin

  • Outstanding strength
  • Excellent chemical resistance

Applications: Semiconductor

  • Wet Benches
