This new lightweight product consists of a continuously produced rigid polystyrene foam core between two polystyrene surface liners, with a smooth, durable matte finish. Key applications for the product include interior signage, digital printing, POP displays, exhibits, kiosks, and other displays. The material can be painted, screen printed, and printed. With Foam-X® ps, sign vinyl is repositionable and photo mounting can be accomplished with cold techniques.

Kapa® Bloc is a composite board with a foamed polyurethane core and melamine impregnated paper liners. Manufactured by a continuous production process with inline quality controls. Applications include Photo mounting, Signage, Screen printing, Visual merchandising, Exhibits and other display uses. Excellent rigidity and stiffness, due to light cell structure, resulting good strength, pressure resistance and humidity resistance.

Flat-out Performance, Any Way You Shape It

This is a lightweight but rigid and durable aluminum composite material(ACM)-two sheets of .012" aluminum bonded to a thermoplastic core. Dibond Material is pre-painted with a polyester finish and is UL® recognized for electrical signage (UL94V-0). This weather-resistant material is ideal for a wide range of signage and exhibit/display applications. Dibond Material's extreme flatness maintains its design integrity, resists oil-canning. and requires little substrate support. The material also provides sound vibration dampening.

The Original ACM for Architectural Applications

Alucobond Material was the first aluminum composite material (ACM) introduced to North America, after successful performance in the European architectural market. Two sheets of .020" aluminum bonded to a thermoplastic core, Alucobond material is available in pre-finished, coil-coated colors and anodized finishes. Lightweight but strong and durable, the material fabricates easily for a variety of design needs, from sweeping curves to crisp folds. Alucobond Material is manufactured in thicknesses of 3mm, 4mm, and 6mm. Applications include, Curtainwall panels and cladding, Canopies, Interiors, Corporate identity, Architectural signage.

Alucobond Plus Material: It offers the same design and fabrication advantages as Alucobond Material but it was specifically designed to address current building code criteria for high-rise and noncombustible construction. The material is produced in 4mm thickness. Select from a variety of prefinished, coil-coated colors.
